morocanth knives

Do they ever mount a 'T' handle on such blades? This would convert it into something like the ulu, a general purpose knife used by Inuit women. A grip like that would probably work even for morocanth, allowing them a stronger and more agile hold on the blade. They could wrap their trotters around the crossbar of the 'T' allowing the stem to pass between the first and second digits.

Possibly they could use such grips for some weapons. Their daggers might resemble the Indian katar (punch dagger) rather than standard straight hilted models.
