I was going to stay out of this, I really was. OK, I'm Orlanthi: I'm staying out of 85% of it :)

>Maybe this scenario works: Take the Lightbringer Quest, but refuse to

>to move through time in the same way as the God Time.
>I can't help but think you'd open yourself and those around you to all

Yes.... So you get together with some friends and decide you're going to do an LBQ but cheat. You might even deliberately botch your virtues on the way: may as well cheat properly while you're at it. You get down there, select your dead goddess, come back, refuse to Compromise, and end up chaos-tainted: maybe even using Chaos and trying to convince the rest of us it's natural. If you're really making the most of it, come back riding a chaos demon.

And yes, you might get some powers over Time. Not enormous: maybe cyclical magical powers, something like that.

Is it just me, or does this sound familiar?

News on my Regrow Limb question from Sandy:
>Also, they suffered their wounds Before-The-Magic-Changed-The-First-Time;
i.e., >in RuneQuest I, when there _was_ no regrow limb. You mean there was once a RQ1? I thought even RQ2 was almost mythical! As a matter of interest, what other major changes were there? (Or vital background material never re-printed since???)
