In my dragon pass campaigns, I continue to think of the Lunars as essentially good (in my referee mind) but my strictly orlanthi and praxian characters perceive them as strictly not good because that is the way every one they come into extended contact with perceives them to be. So far my characters have not overcome the cultural bias against Lunars, and yet they have overcome cultural biases against trolls (interesting how typically orlanthi-heroesque that is!).
