Some "fixes" for the Blinding spell have been suggested. Note that darkness, above all, blocks sight. I therefore suggest the following rewording of the Blinding spell

BLINDING 1 Point
ranged, temporal, stackable, reusable
This spell blinds the target entity. The chance of the target hitting or parrying with a weapon goes down by 75% and visually targeted spells cannot be cast (spells such as Healing or Second Sight still could be).

Each extra point used in this spell adds 25% to the chance of it working. If the caster had a POW of 18, the target would resist as if the caster had a POW of 23, if the caster used two points of Blinding instead of one.

In addition to the above, each extra point of Blinding enables the caster to name one other sense which is blocked by the spell. For instance, a 3-pt Blinding would not only have a +50% chance of success, but the caster could state that in addition to sight, smell & darksense were also blocked. Or touch and hearing. Or whatever.
