I'm sorry you weren't able to make it this year. Convulsion is still biannual, AFAIK, though if someone wanted to host another UK RQ convention during our "years off", I'd be very supportive. Many groups have managed it in the past, so it can't be *that* difficult...

Re: the advance booking; we were taking last-minute signups up to just one week before the convention. Most people are very polite about the cost of attending our Con (though others have in the past complained about the student accommodation: but what else do you expect from a University location?). And *sure* it's a time commitment (one whole weekend!): but so's anything else worth doing!!

And in other general gaming magazines, and on the Internet, and in games shops... besides, why aren't you *reading* those specialist RQ publications? :-)

As for RQ product availability, have you tried mail order? Esdevium are very good, and Oberon Mole often has odd stuff tucked away in the corner. On the downside, the Virgin Megastore selection of RQ goodies in London has recently nose-dived: I blame those collectible card games...

Although less ambitious than the work you're describing, the "Meints Index to Glorantha" is a forthcoming Reaching Moon Megacorp product. Compiled and written by Rick Meints (the Megacorp's newest recruit), this lists and discusses almost all the published RQ/Glorantha sources, including magazine articles, fanzines, scenarios and the like. Humorous, beautifully produced, profusely illustrated: we hope to have it out shortly.
