COSMIC DRAGON
This is the universal Kralori mystic philosophy and practice recognizing the ultimate and perfect oneness of reality. The Cosmic Dragon is no longer an entity per se since it dismembered itself to permit the interconnected existence of it’s parts (including the Cosmic Mountain and the Celestial Court). Rather, the cosmic dragon is used as a symbol of the ultimate and perfect oneness of all creation. This oneness may be directly experienced, and used to influence the inner world, through the practice of Kralori mysticism. The Cosmic Dragon teaching recognizes the existence of a multitude of celestial entities and their contributions to oneness.

Most Kralori homes, businesses, government offices, and temples have a shrine to Cosmic Dragon. Any worship ceremony with a number of initiates taking part functions as a temple of the appropriate size. There is no structured organization of Cosmic Dragon.

All Kralori citizens are taught the truths of Cosmic Dragon from an early age. Upon completing countless hours of instruction (usually near the age of maturity), the young lay member sacrifices one point of POW to become an initiate, acquireing his or her mystic link to the Dragon along with a base percentage in mysticism equal to his or her magic skills bonus. The initiate’s only benefit is the ability to perform Kralori mysticism.  Initiates may join other Kralori cults freely.

To become a priest of Cosmic Dragon, a character must know Ceremony at 90%, Read and Write Kralori and Mysticism at 75%. Mystic priests of Cosmic Dragon may sacrifice POW to gain the cult’s divine magic as mystic powers of the ceremony skill. The appropriate sized temple is needed only for the initial sacrifice of POW.

        SPECIAL COSMIC DRAGON DIVINE SPELLS
WORSHIP COSMIC DRAGON (1 point) ritual Ceremony: This mystic power allows the mystic priest to lead a group meditation in which the participants sacrifice magic points to strengthen the mystic fibers which connect all of reality. The more the fibers are strengthened, the easier it will be to manifest mystic powers in the inner world. Some people claim that by strengthening the interconnectedness of all reality, Kralori mystics move toward a rebirth of Cosmic Dragon, bringing creation full circle back to its very beginning.
COSMIC CENTER (1 point) self, temporal, nonstackable, reusable: Enter a state of deep concentration, focusing and regaining energies. Each full hour of uninterrupted meditation on the Cosmic Center is takes one MP and is equivalent to 4 full hours of restful sleep. Yet, despite its restful nature, the character in a state of meditation is completely aware of his surroundings. The character may not be surprised while meditating on the center; he listens at +20%, and is oblivious to moderate hunger, thirst, heat, and cold. The character gains a 1% bonus per MP/POW to all percentage rolls (including resistance rolls) for a period of time after the meditation ends equal to the length of the meditation. The number of MPs or POW spent is limted by the normal limits on mysticism. Expending permanent POW in place of MP gains the same benefit but in one minute, rather than one hour, of meditation. The legends tell of Great Ones who meditated so powerfully that they completely merged with the Cosmic Center, simply vanishing from this world.
COSMIC CHANT (1 point) self or ranged, temporal, nonstackable, reusable: A low chant (moving meditation) repeated while engaged in any strenuous activity, even when changing activities. +5% per MP to all skill percentages and resistance roll percentages made while chanting. The chant may be maintained for up to the character's Ceremony skill percentage in rounds or until fatigue prevents continuing the chant. The character must be able to speak, and the effort costs one additional fatigue point each round. If permanent POW is used, there is no fatigue effect and the benefit may be imparted to another within 100 meters of the mystic. The mystic must maintain the chant, and must be able to see and concentrate (no other action) on the target of the song. The mystic may change targets in mid-chant as often as desired, it takes one round to change to a new target during which the mystic continues to chant but no benefit is gained by anyone.
