Water

In Glorantha, I believe that the earth floats on water. Does that mean that rocks will float on water? Do only "living rocks" float? Are there different laws for continents and stones?

On a related note, I believe that there are huge civilzations on the underside of the land, in the deepest, darkest oceans. There are huge water troll civilizations and other unknown critters.
