Ah, but every wizard who has been to theological school knows that there is no such thing as a 'neutral' otherworld spirit. They are either good or bad as the freedom to choose between Good and Evil is an attribute only posessed by Men. Since Malign Spiritual Activity is an entity that can be detected by mystical means, searches of alleged faerie woods have turned up no evidence of Malign Spiritual Activity. QED They do not exist. If peasants claim otherwise, that is merely a sign of their own ignorance.

The spirits that are worshipped by the pagans are known to exist and have been observed, but they are Malign Spirits which have not been expunged from the lands of pagans (or Safelster for that matter).

The trouble is that we already have this in the form of Zzabur and other Brithini Wizards!

Elder Secrets gives the general overview of the weather all over glorantha, with the Sea Special of ToTRM#9 given sea descriptions. The Elder Secrets model does not mesh in well with the Weather detailed for Prax (given in the River of Cradles - mean temp and rainfall) for unexplained reasons.
