Four Types of Vadeli

Nick Brooke came up with four types of Vadeli (not castes, but types): Great stuff!

I especially liked the "New Idealist" Neo-Vadeli. All the worst of Loskalm distilled into all the worst of old Kingdom of Logic behaviour.

Just a question: If Hrestol found refuge with the Vadeli on the (not New?) Vadeli Isles, how comes that he left no traces of his lectures there, but on the New Vadeli Isles? Were his followers forcibly emigrated after Hrestol had gone to meet his martyrdom?

And which of these Isles were visited by Dormal on his Second Journey?

>Anyone else got thoughts on this (perhaps unnecessarily complex) structure?

Since they survived the Closing as insular groups, some variation among the geographically separated Vadeli seems very appropriate. Especially if the New Vadeli Isles group has succumbed to mortality.

WRT the Four Sons of Malkion / Four Sons of Vadel theory: Malkion did have a couple more sons, quite a few of them considered nobility of some sort.

What was Horal's caste crime? Did he aspire to lordship? Did he give orders?
