The nobles and knights squabble, but aren't supposed to openly wage war on one another. But duels and such are common. Most violence is cloaked with a veneer of politeness, and the feudal laws also prevent some deaths, as two enemies who both swear fealty to the same lord aren't supposed to kill one another. Think of England before the War of the Roses.

>- -How strict is the general population towards Rokarism.

It's the only religion around. Some are good, some are bad. Some priests are good, some are not. In general, it is taken for granted.

>Are there closet Orlanthi?

        I do not think so.

>Are there closet anything else?

Perhaps a few heresies have crept in from Safelster, at least on the frontiers.

>In TotRM it describes sins and taboos but culturally what happens if

It depends on the sin. Burning at the stake is reserved for dire crimes against the faith, such as sorcery (as opposed to wizardry), apostasy, adultery (noblewomen only), and unrecanted heresy.

>Is it >common for Rokari wizards to have a selection of bound
>spirits like characters from Pavis?

No, because wizards are the least well-equipped of all magicians for dealing with spirits. They have the crappiest anti-spirit magic, the puniest control spells, and few cultural supports for dealing with these critters. A wizard may have a tame sylph or have bound a demon to guard his house, but nothing like the ubiquitous usage found in parts further east.
