It has come to my attention that there has been some concern over the recent variations in the color of the Primary Lunar Body. Please note that although there have been variations in PLB hue over the past 512,135 Work Shifts, Celestial Repairs are still proceding according to schedule. The colorshifting of the PLB is caused by a phenomenon known as Redshifting, exact mathematical discriptions of which can be found in the Mostali Central Records (MCR #243577B). To put it simply, when the moon is moving toward us, it appears to be blue (i.e. the blue streak plunging into the ocean or the blue moon crashing down on Mernita). When it is moving away (like the Red Moon slowly ascending into the heavens) it appears to be red.

Only when the moon is properly in balance and ceases all movement will it assume its proper white shade, which will occur precisely on schedule on Mostali Work Shift #1,652,596.2.3 (Early Swing Shift). Please note that all Workers assigned to Day Shift #1,652,596.1 will be required to work overtime to compensate for the anticipated increase in workload.

Any remaining questions regarding the PLB and the CR Project should be directed to your shift supervisor.

The Decamony is your friend.
