Discussion about menstruation, childbirth and so on

In my opinion the whole discussion is a little bit crazy. Glorantha is a superbe fantassy world. And it is strange enough to have fantastic adventures. And the troubles in these adventures are many enough. So, why let the PC mention about ordinary problems like menstruation. I agree with Erik Sieurin and ignore these problems. I think it would get boring for the players if they run for an enemy, swords in theit hands and the GM says: "Oh, Sarah, in this moment you have menstruation cramps and get a -15 % at your attack. This would be to hard for the PC. And, remember, one reason we play RPGs is to flee reality and live another live. If a woman who plays a female PC has to worry about the same problems as she has in reality, I think she will get frustrated. The fun in RPGs is to have other problems as in real life.
