'Cause they don't want to change. How does an Uroxi know that each and every broo that they meet doesn't want to change to being a non-chaotic beast? Simply because their father (Ragnaglar) and Mother (Thed) actually CHOSE to turn to chaos. As for gorps etc.. they are pure chaos and have no intellect to make a choice, and even those chaotic creatures that do (Krarshtkids etc..) probabley don't even think about the concept. However, a character who has been tainted is a different matter entirely. If he turned up at the temple with no-one to vouch for him then they'd probabley kill him. If not he'd still have to prove he wasn't an evil chaotic doppleganger. There'd probabley be limitless tests to ensure veracity.

What the Uroxi hate the Zola Fel cult :) ? IMO this would be unfeasible,
the Zola Fel cult has cleansing rites, and if the Uroxi disliked them the
same as Illuminates then they'd be on a holy crusade to kill them. I still
hold with my own opinion that they would gladly cleanse others who proved
themselves worthy.
As for Illumination; the Cleansing rites of other cults, frex Zola Fel,
stem from non-chaotic powers. Illumination comes from a god with the chaos
rune!!!!!! Obviously this solves the paradox.
Anyhow, I think it'll be fun for an Uroxi cleansing rite. It'd be intresting just to try and figure out what it would include.
All IMHO,
