For the same reason Urrgh the Ugly was less intelligent than his warhorse: they were created using RQ2 rules, which had all characteristics rolled with 3d6. In RQ3 terms, Londra's size would be 6 to 8, depending on whether you roll female characters' size with 2d6+3 or 2d6+6, not the shortest of the smallest.

Hasn't anybody ever produced some guideline how to make RQ2 stats RQ3 compatible (or, for whatever that's worth, vice versa)?
