I don't like the implied concept of Rokari Knights not knowing or using much magic. They would use a lot more magic than the Loskalmi Knights because they have been Knights for longer. Mostly knightly magic takes the form of (IMO) uttering a prayer to the Invisible God and His Saints before battle or when charging into the thick of the fray. Given that their prayers only last for ten or so minutes, means that their magic is well suited to the charge and regroup stule of combat.

Loskalmi Knights because they haven't been Knights for very long are more likely to use ceremony to boost the chances of their prayers success. This means that they performs eleborate displays of piety before combat whereas the Seshnegi equivalents are short and sharp.

So to return to the point, Rokari knights would know of St Galvan and wear his armour just as much as the Loskalmi.
