Nowhere. I made that up as a possible nickname for Arkat the Deciever considering that a Zorakarkat is know of in Ralios. I merely forgot to add an IMO and parenthesis after the name so my original post should have read '...Arkat the Deciever (aka Krjalkiarkat IMO)'.
