David Cheng's "Lunar Prima Nocta" is splendid and now gospel IMG.

Not that it would be praxis everywhere in Sartar, but at least in the more populated areas (Boldhome, Jonstown, Alda Chur etc) where the lunars have the numbers to support their own temples.

I doubt that the lunars would claim this rule in the backwaters of Sartar where it would be too much trouble keeping track of every marriage and "taint" every bride.
