Yes, this is how I use them: strait as heroquest powers, and each tied-up to
a specific Rune (Ki attack: Death, Ki craft:Mastery,...)
I have not yet invented Ki power for each rune, so I have limited the rune
"encounters" of my players (Cheap DM trick). If anybody as idea of a
relation Rune/Skill, I would be interested.
