Attack with a non-trolled group of their natural predators (or natural prey, just to disrupt the attack) (or other solutions. There was a Crusader victory that supposedly occurred when the Crusader stallions ran into Moslem mares :-) .

Not to mention the soldiers with arachnophobia or the insect equivalent. Imagine an attack by foot-long mosquitoes -- who would check that they can't really bite through your armor?
