The Galanini of Ralios are classified in the West as Hsunchen but the scheme is fallacious according to KoS. FWIW the Galanini opposed both the Seshnegi Basmoli and the Eastern Hsunchen (Kvitti, Bemuri, Zebra Hsunchen etc) and are related to the Vustrians who are not Hsunchen. Given that the Galanini appear to have some amount of urban culture, I don't think they are Hsunchen as such.
