G'day all,

Hard Currency

In Sun County, while it is *official policy* to disdain silver coinage, most people will gladly accept guilders, lunars, stars etc. There is an official rate of exchange for silver coin into gold, but this is cheerfully ignored unless the transaction is under official scrutiny. Even high-ranking cult members are sometimes busted for changing money on the 'black market': it's damn tempting for them to do so when the official rate is so bad.

Think of the illegal hard currency exchanges of $US in the old Soviet Empire for a model for some goofy MGF.

Cheers
