Talking about Conditions on Enchantments:
> I envision swords that cast Bladesharp on themselves every time
>they're unsheathed, belts that cast Strength on the wearer when they enter
>combat...even hauberks that cast Light when a stranger sneaks up behind
>the wearer.

imho, I would think if the Bladesharp matrix was linked to a magic point source (crystal or pow spirit), then a condition for the spell to activate would work. IMG, we have played that a spell matrix linked to a magic crystal or pow spirit lets you "turn on" the spell; automatically casts. I don't see why you couldn't add a condition to the matrix for it to turn on when you unsheath your weapon. I think having a hauberk cast light when someone sneaks up on you is a little trickier, since how would the hauberk sense that someone was there? If you can figure out a way for it sense someone sneaking up on you, and linked a magic source to the Light matrix, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

I like the comment about attacking someone's tattos to shatter their matrices. However, I think that might get too abusive too fast. Perhaps since the skin will heal (even if with a scar) the matrix is not destroyed.

With regards to foci, I always assumed that you needed to touch the object, not see it. Hence, foci engraved in the hilt of your sword, or worn as a necklace are very popular.
