The objective facts :

The Block is a huge chunk of truestone than came whistling out of left field and came crashing down on a huge chaos monster/ army.
The forests and meadows of Prax were destroyed by a climatic change that dried them up untill they were consubed by brush fires.

The Storm Bull cult claim that the wind which carried the block to Prax was the work of their god. The Praxians say that the brush fire which consumed the forests was a manifestation of the god Oakfed. They even go on trippy vision quests so they can experience the events for themselves.

Whether you accept this as proof is up to you. It's certainly enough for them, but try convincing the Brithini of this.
