I have experienced technical difficulties with Eudora "online assistance is for wimps" Pro sending out the FAQ. The program didn't send out the entire file. I have supplemented the file to everybody who requested one (if you don't get the supplement, email me), and have now fixed it so that it goes out in two parts. It is 34 pages total. I made one change, alerting readers to the status of RQ 4.

If you want to write to me about a problem with the mail program, don't put "get rq-faq" in the body, or else your message will get another automated reply and I may not see it. If you have to write "get rq-faq" in the body, write "GRF" and I'll know what you're talking about.
