RQ FAQ update

I believe that I've successfully added every edit that Martin made to the RQ FAQ to the FAQ I keep in HTML form at my website. This is the URL.

Note that if your notice still points at my old site (this means you Shannon Appel the new and wonderful keeper of the Glorantha Digest) then you need to change your links to point to the new page before the old one goes away.
