Nooo, it means that followers of those deities don't cease to be human beings. They don't become two dimensional parodies of warriors that can be role played simplisticly.

*sigh* It means that if you follow Babs or Humakt your choice of profession and livelihood is "warrior", period. If you worship Orlanth or Ernalda your options are broader. You can be a farmer and a warrior as a follower of Orlanth.

I'm saying that as full-time obsessed warriors, they don't learn parenting skills and their temperment isn't going to be inclined towards parenthood. Last I checked, people rather frequently had sex for other reasons than reproduction; pleasure, love, money, and so on. A Humakti or Babsi might have sex for those reasons (well, not for money, though they might pay). Any resulting children will be raised by the tribe, clan, family, whatever.

Now I suppose that it might have been established that in Glorantha every single sexual act results in children and that is the sole and only reason that anybody there would ever even _think_ of having sex. If so, fine. I'm not a sage; I just play one in my current campaign.

Still I rather doubt that Humaktis spend all their time practicing, praying, thinking about Death, cleaning their weapons, and so on. I suspect that they drink, and tell stories, and play games, and yeah, they have non-commiteed sexual liasons. They're specialised and unbalanced, but they haven't ceased to be people, have they?

Do you by any chance have a Humakti or Babs Gor
> player character?

I've only briefly had a Humakti character a couple years ago. Babsis are too crazy for my blood. I usually go for heavy magic use or sage types, not warriors. The universal celibacy of H and BG just doesn't strike me as necessary for MGF; I think it would work against it actually. But your mileage may vary.
