No, all you need is an area effect spell which cancels out these aerial spells. A couple of bound spirits should do the job nicely, too - there aren't that many shamans with Orlanth's Fly spell. Add in the odd bound elemental, and an aerial assault on a fortification becomes as suicidal as a cavalry charge. In either case: unless backed by sufficient magic.
