PS. I used to call them "Eastern Sorcerors", meaning "East of Malkioni Lands", not "Kralorelan". The rules are intended to allow the old-fashioned, RQ3-style sorcerors who are not Malkioni, nor Theist, but attain power through self-mastery, not Vows.
