Hmm, but what about those Trickster shrines? They certainly confrom to the "worship and one other spell" but I find it difficult to believe that they get a hundred worshippers. Unless the Great Secret of Trickster is that his shrines are secretly incorporated into every Orlanthi (and whatever other associate cult) shrines and temples; kind of an entertaining idea actually.
I guess the shrines and temples things in the rules somewhat clash the way the groups I've gamed with play; we've never gone with the "you can only get a rune spell back at a temple that can give it" rule and have generally ignored the shrine minimum size rules. Doesn't feel right.
