Steve Thomas ran a real fun Scorpion Men campaign where we went troll bashing - the finale was a heroquest thing where we all went into the spirit plane and 'joined' into a huge spriti scorpion dude to go and splat a troll village and then eat them all. Of course the Trolls did the same and we got a bit of a beating. Mind you, I'll never forget the scorpionman shaman telling us that dwarves were the best things to eat because they never went off, being as how they came in cans and everything.
I also played in a Broo campaign - ah dear good old Red Stripe the Special Broo, with his chaotic feature of alcohol for blood. And our boss's chaotic feature was always being important to the plot because he was the Special Broo. And if you think that's bad, the most tortured non-human PC was my albino zombie called Rob whose catchphrase was I'm more human than human (Rob the White Zombie geddit?). (Embarrassed cough). Er, I'll be going then. That's a nice corner, I think I'll go and stand there for a while.
PS And if you think Captain Teddy's bad, ask Lawrence Whitaker about his reincarnated Gopher Grazer Shaman with a speech impediment, now that was amusing.
Hugs
PPS I said, ages ago, that I'd post my nomad gods map and a battalia
listing to someone in Australia, unfortunately I rubbed out the e-mail so I
can't remember who it is. It's all sat here waiting to go, so can you
please get in touch with me again.
Mea Culpa
