Officially, divine becomes one-use, and only 'prohibited' spirit spells must be discarded, of which I can't think of any. Some people, however, regard Humakt membership as a more complete severance of previous ties and affiliations, and might believe that total forebearance of previously-acquired magics is expected. I don't feel this strongly myself, but can see the justification.

This whole concept of Humakt severance was done to death last month, though.
