Incidentally, in Griffin Island, sorceror Halcyon var Enkorth has a tapping staff that nails most (if not all) stats when used to 'strike sharply' any non-sorceror. It doesn't kill in a single blow, but it really lays waste to the victim.

(DC: I'm a fan of SB myself and had often wondered if Morganti weapons were Tapping POW.....)
