I honestly don't how what you mean by "why" in this context. Do you mean "what happens in Glorantha if this is done?"; "if it doesn't work, what's the Real Reason why not?", or what, exactly? Personally, I thought we'd exhausted all aspects of this one pretty thoroughly...
