Glorantha: Genertela, Crucible of the Hero Wars mentions a country in Ralios named The Peoples Democratic Republic of Wexton "wherein each mature citizen has a number of votes dependent upon his economic status, and all political offices are filled by elections." Unfortunately, the country does not appear on the Ralios map.
