Peaceful Cuts

      Peaceful Cut, like Food Song, seems to me to so essential to life of the user that the skill (really shouldn't be a spell like in the GoG book) should be close to 100% for anybody other than a child or maybe an adolescent. IMHO and INMG of course.

      In the event of a failure, I'd suggest that they need to do some kind of penance; something not utterly trivial but not a heroquest either.
