True enough, the file is found in "/pub/runequest/programs/" but as the README-file state it's "Burton Choinski's postscript variant of the makepc programs. Should work on an postscript printer." The file contains stats for "Human Male and Female Foot Warriors" and will generate ~20 new NPCs each time you print the page (on a Postscript aware printer). So just go ahead and make your army...
