They would probably make them pay for various licenses, fees, duites & taxes. This would be more numerous and more expensive than for an Etyries trader, of course.

It depends on how drunk they are. If they are really drunk, they'll try an dleave immediately. If only moderately drunk (or less) they will probablt agree to meet somewhere the next day and leave then. This would give them time to gather supplies and round up anybody else they know who would want to go.

Depends on the circumstances. How far away is it? What shape are the surviving Uroxi in? The decision would be made based on these factors,and a few others, but it would lean heavily towards, "Hey! You guys wanna live forever?"
