A henchman of Argrath's. He is mentioned in King of Sartar (p212) as leading an army against Wolf Pirates in Hendrikiland. No combat was fought.

He is mentioned in Biturian's story in Cults of Prax. In Pavis, he is involved in attacking a lunar ambush from the rooftop. He then appears in Adari as a follower of Argrath Dragonspear. An example in the Orlanth cult writeup indicates that he killed a Lunar Priest intent on Argrath's life.
The other mention is the Cradle Adventure which calls him an outlaw from Adari. Jarang is hiring people to defend the Cradle and takes them to Argrath/Garrath Sharpsword for instructions.
The curious thing is that Jarang is not mentioned as one of Argrath's Companions in King of Sartar. Presumably he's a personal bodyguard and not one of those conceited hero-types.
