A few miscellaneous questions on publications

Hi there. I'm new to this list and I was wondering if someone could be so kind as to translate some abbreviations for me and give me a little info.

I keep seeing the abbreviations:

        GRoY and FS
and I was wondering what the actual titles of the books were and who published them (along with the Entekosiad).

Also I was wondering if anyone knows a current contact address for TOTRM. The only address I have for them is several years old (at least).
