There's now just one month left for you to prepare your contributions for=

the GLORANTHAN STORYTELLING CONTEST at RQ-Con in Canada!

The usual rules apply: any Gloranthan myth, legend, saga, epic, tale, jok= e,
song, poem, dance or other performance will be welcome, as long as you ca= n
present it to the audience in ten minutes or less. Don't forget to rehearse: practice is important, even if you only have a couple of run-throughs to check your timing. (Overrunning your ten minute slot is a= n
Evil Act and will cause you to Lose and Be Hated).

Entries can come from any time or place across the vast breadth of Glorantha's mythology, history and geography: the more variety we get, th= e
better! The event has been billed as "Pelorian" Storytelling, but please note that this setting is *not* a requirement, and that variety is the spice of life (and we want spicy stories!). Have a look at previous RQ-Co= n
and Convulsion Compendia for some *winning* stories from Cons past, then write something completely different... and better!

Entries will be judged by Greg Stafford for their creativity, mythic resonance, panache, "Gloranthanness" and sheer entertainment value. Prize= s,
Acclaim, Likely Publication and Much Beer await the lucky winner of the Storytelling Contest! So slap on your myth-writing, folk-telling, saga-scribing hats to bring us some new, original and inventive stories. = Or
dances. Or whatever! Get inspired! And get writing!!
