In the interest of being part of the solution, I thought I'd try to post some of my gameable material on the Digest, NPCs and what not. The first few will be my Three (or Four) Broo Princes of Dorastor, a variety of pretty tough Broos who claim (or are believed) to be sons of Ralzakark.

SPECIAL COOL THINGS: Maggoteye's Hideousness effects spirits and elementals, even those on the spirit plane. Unbound Spirits will flee him if they fail a POW x 3 roll. Maggoteye has spent 6 POW on Strengthening Enchantments and 29 POW on Armor Enchantments, all on his own body. Maggoteye carries the Blotches, the Shakes, and Soul Waste. All of his equipment is infected with all three diseases.
EQUIPMENT: Bezainted Armor and Padding (included in AP), Iron Poleaxe with a PS 12 crystal, Matrix of Speeddart on Long Bow, Ring with Matrix for Befuddle and Disrupt, Keeps a PS 15 crystal shoved up his... shudder. Forget I mentioned it.
Maggoteye is the most hideous broo you've ever seen. Live Maggots writhe their way through his entire body. Instead of eyes, he has clusters of pale gray wriggling cilia. Puss and gore leak out of his skin. He smells of decaying flesh and vomit. Flies, gnats, and mosquitos follow him everywhere. His left hand has eight fingers. His right hand has an extra opposable thumb. He has a goat's head with a lion's mane. The back of the mane is carefully woven into a braid. He can generally be found leading a large band of feral broos.
SCENARIO HOOKS: Mutu al Omawaha, a well known Lhankor Mhy expert in the field of Broology, has developed a small metal charm that will allow him to track Maggoteye at all time (for purposes of academic research). All he needs is to somehow permanently attach it to Maggoteye. Mutu will agree to be a consultant for the PCs if they attach the charm.
The PCs are hired to deliver a collection of New Pelorian Scrolls to the outskirts or Dorastar for an unknown buyer. They are instructed not to open them. If they do, they will find that the scrolls are a collection of children's fairy stories, nice ones where everyone lives happily ever after. Unbeknowst to the PCs, the buyer is Maggoteye. Does this reveal the secret twisted inner soul of this savage monster... or does he just think they're funny?
Or you could just have Maggoteye lead a warband killing everything in sight.
