Jane:
I've got it, and like most of their products it's a very nice figure. Good proportions including a sword blade that looks quite realistic, nice "attitude". The movement rune is a little stylised, but why not? Only two objections:
1) "girl" warrior - she's an adult woman. The same range doesn't refer to Aragorn as a "boy". This doesn't detract from the casting, but does cause me to burn the label (and want to burn the writer). 2) the saucepan lids on her tits are impractical, look painful, and in style are only a step up from a chain-mail bikini. The strap (singular) attached to them has no chance of making them stay in place. I don't feel up to filing them out of sight, so as yet this figure is unpainted.

Me: I've got it too, and say ditto to all of Jane's comments. "Girl" is often used for adults, but I too find it unprofessional on such a product. Can I scalp the writer before you burn him, Jane? Saucepans don't come off too convincing, and would become displaced during a combat, causing discomfort due to the edges cutting in where you don't want them to. What about painting more strapwork onto it, so that it all looks convincingly stable? I made a chain-mail bikini for someone once.

Me: I've almost convinced myself that this "Frenchman" is Jean-Paul Lhuillier. Greg talked with him and looked thru his rune booklet. I don't remember what Greg said of it exactly, but he liked it. Several of us said we wanted it as soon as it becomes available. I hope it does.
