Moxie is a soft drink sold out in the East; like many sodas it was originally a patent medicine, but unlike Coke and Dr. Pepper it tastes _worse_ than medicine. Sort of like a mix of cola and root beer.
As to Cheetoes and Twinkies (and noting the can of Planter's Reduced Fat Cheez Curls I've been snacking from), it would seem that the distinctive American foodtype is the Artificial Creation; stuff that only vaguely resembles anything from nature. We can then assume that such things are likely similar to Mostali foodstuffs; nothing that comes from Grower, only the pure and true foods of Maker.
