Errr, then how do you explain her runes in Gods of Glorantha, to whit: Life, Moon (x2), and a little black spot with two prominent horns.
Having just played in LIFE OF MOONSON, I can attest to the fact that the Lunar Empire firmly embraces Chaos (though sometimes not on purpose.)
