According to KoS, his full name was Sartar Ernalsarsson, known as 'Bondmaker' or 'Founder' (pp42-44). He was a member of the Orshanti clan of the Hendrikei tribe (p133). Hey, I may not be able to remember the meaning of the RQ term 'incomplete creature', but I can remember this sort of thing... :-).
