      Personally, I have always regarded the Veldang as just being another race of humanity, but one that doesn't happen to occur on Earth. So IMO, you do indeed get a range of slates - and I don't care if that isn't the official position, so there! I don't think it's that difficult to visualise a pale slate for Wareran/Veldang or a greyish brown for Agimori/Veldang. What I'm more interested in is what Veldang look like apart from the colour. I envisualise an Agimori look rather than a Wareran one, but I feel it ought to be more unique than that. Any ideas?

      The Waertagi OTOH, may interbreed in a wierd way, since they aren't entirely human (although human enough, IMO, to have children with Wareran etc.)
