Troll headbangers

David Weihe suggested that the trollish martial song for the TAF might be based on the RAF or USAF -- better, I say, the Luftwaffe! I always kind of thought of the lumbering beetle bombers as Do-17s, or maybe He-111s...

Hmm. Anyone know a good source to find the lyrics to the same?

Makes sense, since they're the Gangsta Trolls.

I always thought ZZites 'd be metalheads (after wall, what is lead but a heavy metal?)

And what's a Zorak Zorani but a rebel? Having shocked the parents by joinig up with a gang of disreputables and engaging in such unsavory cult practices as raising the undead, bizzare sacrifices and bad-mouthing the local matriarch, makes sense he'd listen to "shock-your-parent" music.

Metallica's "Last Caress" is a must (since rape and infanticide are big No-Nos in troll society: that oughta freak out mom. Plus, there's only about 20 words in the lyrics: nice n' simple). Also Ministry. Maybe Manowar. And sundry bands that feature bad language in their lyrics, and badly drawn demons on their covers. ;) Bolthrower being the typical (quite bad) Death Lord favorite...

And for an ironic note -- Black Sabbath's "Mob Rules" has *gotta* be a trollish song. Note the unaltered text, as follows: Death and Darkness? Biting? Wimpy hooman foolz worshipping Flame? Yup.

                Da Mob Rulez

Close the city and, tell the people that something's coming to call; Death and Darkness are rushing forward to take a bite from the wall; You've nothing to say, they're breaking away, if you listen to fools, the mob rules.

Kill the spirit and you'll be blinded, the end is always the same; Play with fire, you burn your fingers and lose your hold of the flame.*

It's over, it's done; the end is begun
If you listen to fools the mob rules!

You've nothing to say; Oh, they're breaking away If you listen to fools the mob rules!

Break the circle and stop the movement, the wheel is thrown to the ground Just remember it might start rolling and take you right back around.

You're all fools!
