How about any rapist recieving some taint of chaos? Gloranthan rape, IMO,
would be a religious crime, in effect apostasy, as it is both worship of
Thed
(intentional or otherwise) and a reinactment of one of Ragnalar's earliest
crimes.
Both judgment punishment could be effected by simple exposure to the local
Uroxi even if the acused is not guilty of rape the removal of a chaotic
individual
from the community should cause little grief. In addition the reaction of
the cults'
spirits of reprisal should be taken into account. Orlanth in particular
would be most
agrieved by the repetition of his brother's crimes both against kin
(betrayal
perversion of both fertility kinship) and against the greater society.
IMO Anyone with chaos taint can be considered Broo unless demonstrably some
other chaos, the category appears sufficiently broad. This then means that
rapists
are broo. Satyrs, as embodiments of
eroticism, should, IMO, not be rapists.
Regrettable seducers yes, so are many tricksters. (BTW does trickster have a
rapist aspect? I recall its mention somewhere.) I feel that the traditional
(Earthly)
aspect of Satyrs as both seducers rapists has been split into the
Gloranthan
Broo Satyr.
