Arguing from the rules:
Remember that Dragon Pass works in daily steps. That means, a dragonewt slain anywhere in the Pass will be reborn _the next day_ in its home city, and rush into battle again. Obviously this takes some major magical ability, which the Inhuman King embodies...

Seriously, how quickly does a dragonewt mercenary individual reappear? (Like, "how quickly will that pesky 'newt I skinned a couple of cycles ago reappear after I slew it?")

Since the Inhuman King is equivalent to a True Dragon, how about this: The entire island _is_ the Inhuman King of Teleos...

LoL! Is there the hairy, 20 metre incarnation of Wild Man on that island, with a strange craving for blonde women? Or was that Maslo? (Or was this the Real reason why Jrustela sank?)
