Some interesting ideas in this thread, but one thought occurs to me: If
alynes can be the allies of wind lords would you want any random one
wandering through your stead? Rael time intel of what is going on in your
stead would prbably help your foes a lot as they sneak up. And having the
alynx cast beffudle on any inconviently located guards certainly wouldn't
hurt.
